Abstract:To address the carbon footprint and non-environmental protection factors in the whole life cycle of the base station antenna, the overall technical idea of the green low-carbon antenna solution is to reduce the internal various loss of the base station antenna and improve the beam convergence in ultra-wideband. According to the flexible pin-to-pin design concept, the product architecture is reduced from four levels to two levels. A long-cavity air-dielectric phase shifter feed network and an integrated broadband low-loss and high-efficiency radiation element have been developed, which significantly improved the gain of 5G antenna in all frequency bands. Aiming at the non-environmental protection factors in the production process, the localized coating process of the long cavity and the environmental protection radome with low dielectric constant are developed to achieve the low-carbon and green environmental protection in the whole life cycle of the base station antenna. |
