An Overview of Microstrip Magnetic Dipole Antennas

Abstract:An overview on recent development of microstrip magnetic dipole antennas is given in this paper. Microstrip magnetic dipole antenna is compared with electric dipole antenna theoretically to show its novelty in polarization and high gain. Applications of microstrip magnetic dipole in novel antenna array, circularly polarized antennas and high-gain antennas are also introduced in this work.
