Abstract:As a key component of radio telescopes, the performance of the feed is crucial. In order to meet the design requirements of phase array feeder of Xinjiang Qitai QTT 110 m radio telescope and Shanghai Tianma 65 m radio telescope, our research team carried out research work on anti RF interference high-temperature superconductivity filters, broadband Vivaldi antenna arrays and low-noise GaAs MMIC chip circuits. These new technologies and schemes can provide an effective theoretical and experimental basis for the design of large aperture radio telescope in China.
