In order to meet the design requirements of phase array feeder of Xinjiang Qitai QTT 110 m radio telescope and Shanghai Tianma 65 m radio telescope, our research team carried out research work on anti RF interference high-temperature superconductivity filters, broadband Vivaldi antenna arrays and low-noise GaAs MMIC chip circuits.
